    Job Responsibility :
    ·         To effectively manage the After Sales Service Team which includes SA/ Technician/ Spare parts and Control

    · To isolate the problems that need to be cured, figure out the solutions

    · To provide technical training to the team members

    · To be capable to use diagnosis and repair tools efficiently, determine the parts to be replaced

    · To provide recommendations on how the engine can be fixed or replaced based on the economic sense

    ·         To understand the local market opportunity in order to provide the right products to the right targets
    ·         To search through various medias for new sources of cars, spare parts, accessories and etc. and negotiate for better business deals
    ·         To closely work with Marketing and Sales Departments for market and sale opportunities
    ·         To do administrative documentations in the areas of responsibilities and report to the VP on regularly basis and other management as appropriate
    ·         To translate the information regarding the newly imported cars, their specifications, models, performances and others from the original language into Thai for further advertising campaign
